Sunoco (NYSE:SUN) has announced an acquisition of NuStar Energy (NYSE:NS) that is expected to be completed in Q2 of 2024.
Under the terms of the agreement, Sunoco has agreed to give NuStar Energy $7.30 billion in stock in exchange for NS stock.
