Tesla Inc‘s (NASDAQ:TSLA) Cybertruck Lead Engineer confirmed on Thursday that the recent video posted by the company of its stainless steel electric truck off-roading is not AI-generated.
What Happened: “You can see it has mirrors and no door handles as proof it’s not AI-generated,” Wes Morrill said on X about the recent Cybertruck off-roading video released by the company. Morrill’s comments came in response to an X user’s comment who called it “sci-fi.”
The video shows a team at Tesla testing the Cybertruck’s off-roading capabilities in Moab, Utah, and driving it through dirt trails, climbing rocks, and wading through water.
