TLRY - A look at how marijuana ballot initiatives fared on Election Day

Cannabis-related initiatives were on the ballot in several states and localities yesterday. In Philadelphia, ~73% of voters voted yes on a referendum that calls upon the Pennsylvania legislature and governor to decriminalize, regulate, and tax marijuana. In Colorado, voters rejected a measure that would have increased marijuana taxes to fund an out-of-school learning program. Voters in 14 Ohio cities had the opportunity to weigh in on measures to decriminalize marijuana. Seven cities voted in support of them, while seven rejected them, Marijuana Moment reports. Multi-state operators: Trulieve (OTCQX:TCNNF -0.9%); Harvest Health & Recreation (OTCQX:HRVSF); Curaleaf (OTCPK:CURLF -1.8%); Acreage Holdings (OTCQX:ACRHF +0.7%); Cresco Labs (OTCQX:CRLBF -2.2%); Green Thumb Industries (OTCQX:GTBIF -1.1%); and MedMen Enterprises (OTCQB:MMNFF -2.2%).
