ABVC BioPharma (NASDAQ:ABVC) on Thursday announced a $4.2M registered direct offering. ABVC will issue and sell 2M shares and warrants to purchase up to 2M shares to certain institutional investors, at a purchase price of $2.11/share and accompanying warrant. The warrants will be immediately exercisable at $2.45/share and will expire 5 years from the date of issue. Closing of the offering is expected on or about May 16. Net proceeds will be used for working capital purposes.
