ACMR - ACM Research announces a 3-for-1 stock split effected in form of a stock dividend

ACM Research (NASDAQ:ACMR) board of directors has approved and declared a 3-for-1 stock split of Class A common stock and Class B common stock in the form of a stock dividend. Payable March 23; for shareholders of record March 16; ex-div March 15. Class B will be distributed after the close of trading on March 23, 2022 and Class A common stock will begin trading on a stock split-adjusted basis on March 24, 2022. Stock jumps 1.7% during post market hour.
