CGC - Acreage Holdings again delays release of Q4 full-year 2022 results

- For the second time, Acreage Holdings ( OTCQX:ACRHF ) is delaying the release of its Q4 2022 and full-year 2022 financial results.
- The release was supposed to come after Wednesday's market close. This was after the cannabis company first delayed on March 14 .
- Acreage ( OTCQX:ACRDF ) said it will provide an update on when it will report "in due course."
- On Tuesday, Acreage ( OTCQX:ACRHF ) received final approval from a court in British Columbia, Canada, to proceed with an acquisition by Canopy Growth Company ( CGC ) and the formation of subsidiary Canopy USA.
