AGF Management ( OTCPK:AGFMF ) said the Toronto Stock Exchange had approved its plan to renew its normal course issuer bid in respect of its Class B Non-Voting Shares.
Under the buyback plan, AGF could purchase up to 4.39M Class B Non-Voting Shares, representing about 10% of the public float.
