AirNet Technology (ANTE) is 4.1% lower today after its chief financial officer resigned. Xin Li tendered his resignation effective from March 5, due to personal reasons, and not resulting from any dispute with the company. The board accepted the resignation and has appointed Chairman/CEO Herman Man Guo as interim CFO. It's also arranged a consultancy with Li through Sept. 4.
