- The company was notified of non-compliance on Oct. 20. As of Oct. 20, the company's closing bid price per American Depositary Share was less than $1.00 per ADS over a period of 30 consecutive business days.
- The company had a compliance period of 180 calendar days, or until Apr. 18, 2023, to regain compliance.
