CA - Alimentation Couche-Tard to acquire membership interests of True Blue Car Wash

• Alimentation Couche-Tard ( OTCPK:ANCTF ) said Thursday it will acquire all membership interests of True Blue Car Wash, which operates express tunnel car wash sites.
• Terms were not disclosed.
• True Blue currently has 65 car washes in high-traffic areas in Arizona, Texas, Illinois, and Indiana, which Couche-Tard ( OTCPK:ANCTF ) believes are a natural extension of its current car wash network of over 2.5K locations.
• The deal, which is expected to close in H1 CY23, will be financed using available cash and/or existing credit facilities.
