CA - AltaGas names Enbridge CFO Yu as new President/CEO

AltaGas ( OTCPK:ATGFF ) said Monday it appointed Enbridge ( ENB ) CFO Vern Yu as its next President and CEO , effective July 1.

Yu joins AltaGas ( OTCPK:ATGFF ) after a three-decade career at Enbridge ( ENB ), where he most recently served as Executive VP of Corporate Development, Chief Financial Officer and President of New Energy Technologies.

Yu previously served as Executive VP and President of Enbridge's ( ENB ) Liquids Pipelines business and as Executive VP and Chief Development Officer.

Enbridge ( ENB ) named Senior VP and Chief Accounting Officer Patrick Murray as its new CFO .

Murray joined Enbridge ( ENB ) in 1997 and was appointed to his latest position in 2020.

AltaGas ( OTCPK:ATGFF ) is "an unloved energy infrastructure company offering a 5.2% yield," The Affluent Tortoise writes in an analysis published on Seeking Alpha .
