Thank you, Demi. Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to Altus Group's fourth quarter and year-end conference call and webcast for the period ended December 31, 2023. Please be reminded that Altus Group uses certain non-GAAP financial measures ratios, total segments measures, capital management measures and supplementary and other financial measures as defined in National Instruments 52-112.
