Ambrx Biopharma ( AMAM ) disclosed in a Securities and Exchange filing on Thursday an offering of its shares to raise up to $300 million.
The company expects to offer and sell its ordinary shares, and its American Depositary Shares representing the ordinary shares, in one or more offerings.
Each ADS represents seven ordinary shares and will be evidenced by American Depositary Receipts, the company said.
