  • Amynta Group, Brit Ltd, a subsidiary of Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited ( OTCPK:FRFHF ) and Fairfax has formed a strategic partnership in which Amynta to acquire Ambridge Group, the MGU operations of Brit, for $400M and enter into a multi-year pactt for Brit to be a significant capacity partner to Ambridge.
  • The deal includes Ambridge in the U.S. and international units in the United Kingdom and Germany.
  • The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2023.
