AON - Aon has a 50/50 chance of winning antitrust lawsuit in Willis Towers deal analyst says

If the lawsuit does go to trial it will likely be in the fall and could last 2-4 weeks with a judge's decision following a few weeks later, Wells Fargo analyst Elyse Greenspan wrote earlier after holding a call with an anti-trust expert. Wells Fargo is surprised by the weakness in shares of Aon and Willis over the past week as both "screen well" versus their historic levels, though it appears investors are worried about the time frame for the litigation process.
