NVDA - Arm awaiting Nvidia acquisition approval teams with Microsoft on cloud data transfers

SoftBank's ([[SFTBF]],[[SFBTY[[) Arm and Microsoft (MSFT) are teaming up to create a standard set of tools that streamline the process of transferring a device's sensor data to the cloud for analysis and then back to the device to provide notifications.Microsoft is obviously interested in the tie-up because of its Azure cloud platform, which lags behind only Amazon Web Services in scale.Arm designs chips that appear in IoT devices.Arm's $40B acquisition by Nvidia (NVDA) still needs to clear all of the regulatory hurdles.
