Astrotech Corp ( NASDAQ: ASTC ) said on Tuesday that it had received an unsolicited, non-binding proposal from BML Investment Partners to acquire all outstanding shares of common stock of ASTC for $17.25/share in cash.
ASTC shares jumped +7.7% in after hours trading.
Proposal states that BML holds 13% of ASTC's outstanding shares.
