CA - Aurion Resources closes ~CAD6.68M offering

• Aurion Resources ( TSXV: AU:CA ) ( OTCQX:AIRRF ) said on Wednesday that it has closed an ~CAD6.68M offering.
• The issuances include a brokered offering of an aggregate of 10.91M shares at CAD0.55 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of ~CAD6M.
• The brokered offering saw the participation from a company director, who subscribed for 91K shares.
• Also, the company issued an aggregate of 1.24M shares at CAD0.55 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of CAD683,452 under a non-brokered offering.
• The non-brokered offering was fully subscribed for by Kinross Gold.
• The net proceeds from the two offerings are expected to be used for the exploration and advancement of the company's projects in Finland, as well as for general working capital purposes.
