CA - AutoCanada acquires North Toronto Auction; terms not disclosed

  • AutoCanada ( OTCPK:AOCIF ) said Tuesday it acquired North Toronto Auction , a fee-based used vehicle auction business in Innisfil, Ontario. Terms were not disclosed.
  • NTA generates over C$4.5M in annual revenue and will operate in AOCIF's used digital retail division.
  • The deal will be funded from a drawdown of AOCIF's credit facility and is expected to be accretive to its 2022 earnings.
  • NTA's operations may be used to facilitate vehicle sales for AOCIF's used and franchise dealerships.
