CA - AutoCanada to commence $50M substantial issuer bid
CA Inc.
Automobile dealership group AutoCanada ( OTCPK:AOCIF ) plans to initiate a substantial issuer bid to purchase up to $50M of its common shares from its shareholders for $25-$28 per share price range.
The bid would be for ~7.87% of the outstanding shares if the purchase price is determined to be $25/share or ~7.03% of the outstanding shares if the purchase price is determined to be $28/share.
The bid is expected to commence on Nov. 11, 2022 and expire on Dec. 16, 2022.
