Autodesk is a leading company for 3D design, engineering, and entertainment software.
Structural tailwinds for ADSK such as accelerating digitalization, ESG, and virtual reality likely support a multi-year growth outlook of 15-20% CAGR.
Although the stock is down 31.5% YTD, ADSK shares appear fairly valued based on the Residual Earnings Valuation framework.
I initiate my coverage with a Hold valuation and a base-case target price of $189.64/share.
