AVYA - Avaya RingCentral expand their UCC offering across Europe

Avaya (AVYA +1.8%) and RingCentral (RNG +0.7%) have expanded their partnered Unified Cloud Communications offering across Europe. Avaya Cloud Office by RingCentral is now generally available in France, Ireland and the Netherlands, and the companies say they have their first seven-figure deal with a large UK-based government customer. Uptake has been accelerating since its U.s. launch in March, followed by Canada, the UK and Australia in June, the companies say. Avaya has launched a comprehensive go-to-market strategy in Europe, with new master agent partnerships to feed regional demand: with Itancia and ScanSource in France, with ScanSource in the Netherlands, and an expanded agreement with Westcon to cover Ireland, the France and the Netherlands.
