Ascend Wellness ( OTCQX:AAWH ) said on Wednesday it would acquire acquire four operating dispensaries in Maryland for $19M.
( OTCQX:AAWH ) would acquire the Maryland assets of Devi Holdings, which owns and operates four licensed dispensaries in Aberdeen, Crofton, Ellicott City, and Laurel under the names Nature's Medicines and True Wellness.
AWH would acquire 100% of the membership interests of Devi's Maryland dispensaries for $19M, of which $12M will be paid in cash and $7M, or 5.19M shares, of stock.
