SAN - Banco Santander approves final cash dividend of EUR 5.95 cents per share

• Banco Santander's ( NVS ) board, in the AGM approved a final cash dividend of EUR 5.95 cents per share, payable from 2 May 2023.
• The total cash dividend against 2022 results will be EUR 11.78 cents per share, 18% more than in 2021.
• The payment is complemented by two already completed share buyback programmes amounting to €1.9 billion. With this, the bank has repurchased close to 7% of outstanding shares since November 2021.
• Earlier, Banco Santander GAAP EPS of €0.15, net interest income of €10.4B .
