The Biden administration will proceed with the sale of a small modernization package for Turkey's existing F-16 aircraft, Reuters reported Monday.
Congressional committee leaders approved of the sale, sources familiar with the matter told Reuters. The U.S. State Department may send the notification of the sale as early as today.
