BLBX - Blackboxstocks closes $1M in debt financing

Blackboxstocks (BLBX) closed $1M senior secured loan from Feenix Venture Partners; interest at 12% annually."This financing provides Blackbox with the resources needed to begin development of important new features for our platform, as well as augment our current marketing efforts," CEO Gust Kepler commented.Principal payments of $10K/month begin in December 2021 with a maturity of November 2022; term extendable for an additional year.For the financing, Blackbox retired $100K of existing senior debt and paid ~$134K in trade payables.
