BLBX - Blackboxstocks provides Q4 and 2022 revenue guidance

• Blackboxstocks ( NASDAQ: BLBX ) has announced the Co.’s estimated revenue range for the fourth quarter expected to be between $0.95-$1.05M vs. consensus of $1.2M , lower than the record $1.69M reported in the fourth quarter of last year.
• Revenue for the twelve months ended Dec. 31, 2022, is expected to be between $4.85-$4.95M vs. consensus of $5.01M where it reported record revenue in 2021 of $6.11M.
• "Blackbox is a product of and for the stock market, and we believe that the adverse market conditions in 2022 were the most significant factor in the decline of our member base.” said Blackboxstocks CEO Gust Kepler.
