  • Used car retailer Carvana ( NYSE: CVNA ) said on Friday that the previously-announced exchange offer relating to its existing notes for up to $1B of new secured notes expired on June 1, 5:00 PM New York City time.
  • The company had announced an extension of the expiration date, first on April 19 .
  • Another extension was announced on May 3 , and then again on May 17 .
  • The exchange offer were conditioned upon, among other things, the valid tendering of a minimum of $500M of existing notes.
