ARVL - Chart talk: Rivian looks to hit the market priced like an EV juggernaut

Rivian Automotive (RIVN) is looking to raise $5B to $8B in its IPO to value the electric vehicle maker as high as $80B, according to Reuters. The huge market cap being suggested could be a windfall for Ford (NYSE:F) and Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN), but is drawing comparisons to the smaller valuations for Nikola (NKLA -2.8%), Workhorse Group (WKHS -4.0%), Arrival (ARVL +1.6%), Hyzon Motors (HYZN +3.3%), Lordstown Motors (RIDE +8.8%) and even Lucid Group (LCID +4.5%).
