Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment ( NASDAQ: CSSE ) on Thursday said it would commence a public offering of its common shares.
No amount was disclosed.
Class A shares of CSSE fell 22.8% to $2.47 after hours.
"The Company intends to use any net proceeds received from this offering for working capital and general corporate purposes, including the payment of certain obligations," CSSE said in a statement .
