CA - CloudMD Software names Karen Adams as CEO John Plunkett as CFO

  • CloudMD Software & Services ( OTCQX:DOCRF ) said Thursday it appointed Karen Adams as CEO and John Plunkett as CFO, effective immediately.
  • Adams was named interim CEO on May 2, in addition to her position as president and global head of enterprise health solutions unit.
  • Adams, who  has held executive leadership roles in healthcare firms including Lifeworks (Morneau Shepell, Shepell.fgi) and SCM Insurance Services.
  • Plunkett, who will replace DOCRF's interim CFO Sean Carr , previously served as the company's EVP, transformation and strategic planning.
