CA - Commerce Resources inks service agreement with Zimtu Capital Corp.

- Commerce Resources ( OTCQX:CMRZF ) has inked an agreement with Zimtu Capital to provide diversified metals and mining firm services under the ZimtuADVANTAGE program.
- Per the terms, the company will pay Zimtu $12.5K per month for a period of twelve months amounting to an aggregate of $150K for the duration of the one-year term.
- The services will be distributed on all social media platforms and to Zimtu Connect subscribers; and Zimtu Question Period.
