COSM - Cosmos Health launches $3M share repurchase program

Cosmos Health ( NASDAQ: COSM ) has announced a share repurchase program to purchase up to $3M of its common stock.
The program, which expires on January 23, 2024, will be funded using the company's working capital. As of December 31, 2022, Cosmos ( COSM ) had cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities of ~$21M (unaudited).
