SOLCF - Damon Motors to merge with Inpixon's entity and list on Nasdaq

SOL Global Investments ( OTCPK:SOLCF ) said Tuesday its portfolio company Damon Motors has signed a definitive agreement with Inpixon ( NASDAQ: INPX ) to complete a reverse merger with a proposed spin-off entity of Inpixon, Grafiti Holding Inc.
Upon completion, the combined company will be listed on the Nasdaq and will be focused on the development of Damon's famed HyperFighter and HyperSport motorcycles.
The enterprise value of Damon was ascertained by Inpixon's independent financial advisory firm to be within the range of $224 million and $284 million.
