VTYX - Dan Loeb's Third Point takes new stake in IFF pares holding in SentinelOne

• Dan Loeb's Third Point LLC  confirmed its new stake in American International Group ( NYSE: AIG ) with 5.1M shares and bulked up on its stake in Bath & Body Works ( NYSE: BBWI ), increasing it to ~13.8M shares from ~8.14M shares, during Q4 2022, according to its latest 13F filings.
• The fund also took a new stake in International Flavors & Fragrances ( NYSE: IFF ) with 2.30M shares.
• The firm shed its shares of Cano Health ( NYSE: CANO ), CSX Corp. ( NASDAQ: CSX ), EQT Corp. ( NYSE: EQT ), and Take-Two Interactive ( NASDAQ: TTWO ).
• Reduced its stakes in SentinelOne ( NYSE: S ) to 14.7M shares from 19M; in Ventyx Biosciences ( NASDAQ: VTYX ) to 1.00M share from 4.31M; and in Disney ( NYSE: DIS ) to 950K shares from 1.40M, according to the filing .
• Last week, AIG ( AIG ) stock ticked higher as Third Point disclosed its stake in its Q4 letter .
