CA - Digihost provides April 2023 production update

• Digihost Technology ( NASDAQ: DGHI ) has mined ~75 BTC, resulting in total holdings of 19.28 BTC at the end of April valued at ~$0.6M based on a BTC price of $29,269 as of April 30, 2023 .
• The production of BTC mined is expected to continue to ramp up in Q2, as the Co. completes the infrastructure setup at its recently acquired site.
• Currently self mining at a rate of ~2.1 BTC/day, assuming a continuation of the current level of network difficulty and completion of existing infrastructure work, the Co. expects to produce ~5.5 BTC/day by the end of Q2 2023 thereby increasing its current hashing power from ~900 PH to 2 EH.
• The Co. held cash, BTC and cash deposits of ~$2.7M as of April 30, 2023.
• Also, consistent with management’s ongoing commitment to avoid equity dilution for its shareholders, the Co. has continued to monetize a portion of its BTC production to fully fund its energy costs.
