Digital Brands Group (NASDAQ:DBGI) plunges 46.2% after-hours Thursday after the firm has priced its underwritten public offering of 37.39M shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $0.25/share for expected gross proceeds of $9.35M. Underwriters over-allotment is an additional 5.4M shares. Offering is expected to close on May 10, 2022. Net proceeds from this offering will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
