CA - E3 Lithium announces C$20M bought deal public offering

- E3 Lithium ( OTCQX:EEMMF ) has entered into an agreement with underwriters, pursuant to which the underwriters have agreed to purchase for resale 5.64M common shares at C$3.55 per share on a “bought deal” basis for gross proceeds of C$20.02M.
- Underwriters have an option to purchase for resale up to an additional 15% of offered shares at the offering price.
- Net proceeds will be used towards the advancement of the Clearwater Project and corporate development activities.
- The offering is scheduled to close on or about September 26, 2023.
