CA - ECN Capital to renew NCIB to buy back stock series C preferred shares

ECN Capital ( OTCPK:ECNCF ) said Friday it intends to renew a normal course issuer bid for its shares and an NCIB for its cumulative 5-year minimum rate reset preferred shares, series C.
If approved by the Toronto Stock Exchange, ECNCF will buy back up to 10% of the public float of each of its shares and series C preferred shares during the 12 months after the approval.
