Publishing company Educational Development (EDUC) has announced changes in its executive management team.Effective July 13, 2021, Randall White, formerly President and Chief Executive Officer, will transition to the Executive Chairman role; and Craig White, formerly Chief Operating Officer, will become the new President and Chief Executive Officer of the company. Craig White has also been elected to the company’s Board of Directors.As Executive Chairman, Randall White will serve as an advisor to the day-to-day and strategic operations of the company, inform the Board of the company's performance, and continue mentoring key executives. Randall will also continue as Chairman of the Board.
