  • Terms were not disclosed.
  • Educational Development ( EDUC ) plans to start selling SmartLab products through its UBAM and publishing sales channels in Jan.
  • "We expect to introduce a select group of SmartLab's products in Jan. and will expand on this initial release with additional products throughout next year," said Educational Development ( EDUC ) CEO Craig White.
  • The acquisition is expected to be completed during Q3.
