- Eminent Gold ( OTCQB:EMGDF ) announces a non-brokered private placement to issue 4,687,500 units at a price of $0.32 per unit, for gross proceeds of $1.5M.
- Each unit will consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant exercisable to acquire one common share at a price of $0.50 for a period of 36 months.
- The proceeds will be used for the Company's general working capital and for exploration activities.
