CA - Endeavour Silver's Q1 silver equivalent production jumped 18% Y/Y

Endeavour Silver ( NYSE: EXK ) reported Monday Q1 production of 1,623,545 silver oz and 9,342 gold oz, for silver equivalent output of 2.4M oz, up 18% from the year-earlier quarter.

The company said Q1's 23% Y/Y silver production increase was driven by a 27% rise in silver output at the Guanacevi mine and a 1% gain at the Bolañitos mine, and the 7% gain in gold production was attributed to a 20% increase in gold output at Guanacevi while gold production at Bolañitos fell by 1%.

Guanacevi throughput in Q1 was 1% higher than the year-earlier quarter and silver grades and gold grades were 26% and 19% higher, respectively; Bolañitos Q1 throughput was 4% higher Y/Y with silver grades flat and gold grades 2% lower.

Endeavour Silver ( EXK ) expects to see another solid year in FY 2023, but the bigger news will be the much-awaited Terronera financing, Taylor Dart writes in an analysis published recently on Seeking Alpha .
