• Energous ( NASDAQ: WATT ) has secured approvals in Australia and New Zealand for its 1W WattUp PowerBridge transmitter.
• The latest-generation transmitter met all requirements set forth by the Australia Communications and Media Authority and New Zealand Radio Spectrum Management. With these approvals, the transmitter can now be imported, marketed and sold in the Australian and New Zealand markets.
• Energous’ 1W WattUp PowerBridges is capable of charging multiple devices simultaneously at-a-distance. It transmit RF-based wireless power over the air, enabling manufacturers to design cordless, battery-less and fully waterproof sensors, smart tags, asset trackers and other IoT applications.
