UUUU - Energy Fuels receives first natural monazite ore shipments at Utah plant

Energy Fuels (UUUU) +4.1% pre-market on news that the first shipments of natural monazite ore arrived at its White Mesa Mill in Utah over the weekend after separation at Chemours' (CC) mineral sand plant in Georgia.Energy Fuels says it expects to gradually ramp-up production of an intermediate rare earth element product at the facility in the coming weeks.Upon successful ramp-up, the company plans to commercially produce an REE product "at a stage more advanced than any other U.S. company."Energy Fuels expects to sell its mixed REE carbonate to Neo Performance Materials, which will process the material at its facility in Europe and manufacture separated rare earth products available to U.S. and European markets.
