ETR - Entergy chairman CEO Denault set to retire; to be succeeded by Marsh
Entergy ( NYSE: ETR ) said Wednesday that Chairman and CEO Leo Denault will retire in 2023 , to be succeeded by current Executive VP and CFO Drew Marsh effective November 1, 2022.
Denault was appointed chairman and CEO in 2013 after serving as Executive VP and CFO from 2004; he joined the company in 1999, and his retirement caps a 40-year career in the energy industry.
Drew Marsh joined Entergy ( ETR ) in 1998 and served in various financial planning and strategy roles before becoming Executive VP and CFO in 2013.
Entergy ( ETR ) recently reported better than expected adjusted earnings of $1.78/share and affirmed full-year adjusted EPS guidance .
