ETR - Entergy slumps to lowest since March 2021 after Arkansas power outages

Entergy ( NYSE: ETR ) -3.2% in Wednesday's trading after falling to as low as $94.16, its lowest in more than three years, as 20K customers reportedly are still without power from Sunday storms in Arkansas that broke 483 power poles, damaged 178 transformers and downed 892 spans of wire.

Entergy ( ETR ) was criticized last week for a wave of power outages in Louisiana that apparently was caused not by storms but as the company changed its process for how it verifies the identities of account holders.
