  • Entourage Health ( OTCPK:ETRGF ) said on Monday that it had partially repaid its senior secured credit facility with Bank of Montreal using proceeds from its sale of its Strathroy facility and cash.
  • The remainder of its credit facility of about $14.6M has been assumed by another senior secured lender, an affiliate of the LiUNA Pension Fund of Central and Eastern Canada.
  • The company aims to simplify its capital structure by restructuring its senior secured debt, under it plan to simplify its business operations.
