Exicure ( NASDAQ: XCUR ) said Friday that the company's board supports CEO Jung Sang Kim's view to continue exploring strategic alternatives for the company.
"These efforts include the possible sale of certain of the company’s assets, as well as exploring growth through transactions with potential partners that see opportunity in joining an existing, publicly-traded organization," the company said in a statement.
