Express ( NYSE: EXPR ) said the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) notified that it was no longer in compliance with the NYSE’s continued listing minimum price criteria.
The company has six months to regain compliance.
The NYSE criteria requires listed companies to have average closing share price of at least $1 over a consecutive 30 trading-day period.
